Hello! That’s us in the photo above. We are Sean and Rebecca-the super blessed parents of quadruplets born at 27 weeks, 6 days, on February 23rd, 2011!
Sean is a Payroll Analyst who enjoys reading, especially comic books, when time allows. He is really looking forward to introducing his babies to the world of superhero cartoons, Cardinals baseball, playing with Princess Esmeralda our cat, and dance parties in the living room.
Rebecca is a stay-at-home mom. This has always been a dream job for her…she was just surprised that quadruplets are what made it a reality! She really enjoys baking, particularly cake decorating, and has already spent some time considering what 1st birthday cakes will look like for her babies. She’s looking forward to snuggles on the couch, listening to them say funny things, and lots of hugs from all four of them.
How did we meet? We’ve been married since March 15th, 2008. Way back when we got married, we had a wedding website (it seems like so long ago these days!). Click here if you want to read about how we met and see photos of the picnic where Sean proposed to Rebecca!

Where are the quadruplets right now? Happily, they are now home! They all came home in mid-May over the course of 5 days. Now, they spend most of their day doing tummy time on the living room floor while smiling and laughing at us. We’ve come so far!
Caleb was born at 4:11pm and weighed 2lbs, 5 oz.
Abby was born at 4:12pm and weighed 2 lbs, 5 oz.
Elijah was born at 4:13pm and weighed 2 lbs, 2 oz.
Ellie was born at 4:15pm and weighed 1lb, 14 oz.
Thanks for reading our blog!!
Love the blog 🙂 It will be so great to keep it as a journal of this journey.
Congratulations on your quads. In case you are wondering who I am I am your Grandfather Paul Taylor’s niece. Marguerite (his sister) was my mom. I have met you at the family gatherings and am so pleased to be a part of this journey!
I gave him the shirt he is wearing in this picture.
I found your story in the 1/1/11 FYI of The Star. I was drawn to the references to God and your church, so I went to the website. I am impressed and will pray that you have a successful pregnancy, delivery, and closeknit family. God is with you, and so are others!

Hello Rebecca and Sean,
Bill and I know Tom and Rosie (and you) from Blue Ridge and we attended your wedding in 2008. We were watching the news tonight (ch 41) and when they mentioned a story about quads, we knew they had to be talking about yours. That’s how we found out about your blog. We’ll be keeping up on what’s happening with your precious little gifts from God. I’ve always had a heart for the “odd man/woman out” so Ellie will be at the top of my list, with the other 3 to follow. May God continue to bless you richly.
